TECHNICAL MANAGER – DESIGN

• Location: Doha, Qatar
• Duration: 3 Months (extendable)
• Start Date: Immediately
• Project Type: Building / Architecture

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and technical management
• Proven experience in developing and presenting architectural designs from concept to completion — schematic design, design development, and construction documents
• Strong experience in design evaluation, review, and quality control
• Good experience in shop drawing development and checking
• Experience in large-scale building projects
• Proven ability to lead and manage a technical design team
• Knowledge of Qatar construction standards and regulations preferred
• Ashghal project experience preferred — or strong background with leading consultants
• Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.
